My Password Isn’t Working, What Can I Do?

Login into our website here using your hide.me username and password and see if it’s working?


If it doesn’t work, we suggest that you reset your password using this link.

At the reset password page, please enter your username or registered email address with us and click on Submit.


A password reset email will be sent to you and when you’ve received it, click on Change My Password to proceed.

If you didn’t receive the email within 5 minutes, please check your spam filter or try resetting your password again.


Now, enter your new password and click on Submit. If you’re getting an error at this point, this is most likely you’ve entered a weak/breached password. For more information about this, click here.


Once you’ve reset, you will be redirected to your account’s page and you should see a message saying Your password has been changed.

You should now use the new password to login into our website/hide.me VPN client app.
